Fruit Salad With Cinammon Sirup

Ingredients

STRAINED YOGURT

Made with 100% fresh Greek milk and culture, without any added ingredients.

  • 1 kg of fruits
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • Lemon zest
  • 200 gr strained yogurt

Steps

  • 1. Wash and peel the fruits and put them in a bowl.
  • 2. Prepare light syrup in a pan: boil the sugar, the water, the cinnamon sticks and the lemon zest for 6-7 minutes.
  • 3. Leave the syrup for a little while, remove the cinnamon sticks and the lemon zest and then mix it with the fruits.
  • 4. Put it in the fridge for 3 hours and stir it once or twice before serving it.
