Ingredients

STRAINED YOGURT

Made with 100% fresh Greek milk and culture, without any added ingredients.

  • 1 kg boiled beetroots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400 gr of strained yogurt
  • 3 tea spoons of oil
  • 4 tea spoons of vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  • 1. Peel the beetroots after you have boiled them in order not to lose their color and cut them in small pieces.
  • 2. Chop fine the garlic and mix it with the yogurt and the other ingredients and then put the yogurt sauce in the beetroots.
  • 3. Put the beetroot salad in the fridge for an hour.
